Commissions
To commission a piece, please contact me directly for my availability. I'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and the overall scope of the project to ensure your vision is clearly understood. Prices for commissions vary based on size, complexity, and materials used. A quote will be provided after our initial discussion. A non-refundable deposit of is required to secure your commission, with the balance due upon completion. Your deposit is applied to the final balance. If I am not taking commissions at the time of your request, I can add your contact to my wait list, and you will receive an email when my books open up.

Shop Policies
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal. Additionally I offer several buy now pay later (BNPL) options, including Afterpay. For original and commissioned work, I allow individualized payment plans, contact me directly to learn more or arrange a plan.
Personalized Processing
Most orders are personally prepared by me. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, which includes preparation, quality checks, and packaging. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's journey. Some items are shipped directly from the printer to reduce waste and expedite shipping; these items may arrive separately.
Shipping Options
I offer various shipping methods to meet your needs and the specifics of your order. Delivery times vary based on the chosen method and your location. All orders are shipped within two weeks of purchase. For expedited shipping, additional packaging, or a gift note, please email me through the contact page. Tracking is provided for all orders over $15.00. All archival print orders under 18x24 inches are shipped flat, reinforced with board, and in a moisture-resistant sleeve.
Insurance and Signature Confirmation
All orders over $100.00 are shipped with insurance. Original work is always shipped fully insured, and signature confirmation upon receipt is recommended. Due to the irreplaceable nature of original work, I welcome coordination regarding shipping specifics. Please feel free to reach out and discuss your preferences before I ship the item.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your items. Total shipping costs will be provided at checkout before finalizing your order.
International Orders
I offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are beyond my control.
Returns & Exchanges
In the case of incorrect or damaged items, I will endeavor to exchange them as inventory allows. At this time, I cannot offer returns or refunds for items lost or stolen in the mail. If your item arrives damaged due to packaging, please contact me for a replacement when possible. If the item is no longer available, you can apply the cost to another item or receive a refund. Original and commissioned works cannot be returned or exchanged. To date, no original work has arrived damaged; however, additional shipping precautions are always taken. If you are concerned about potential damage during shipping and would like additional insurance or handling, please let me know, and I will accommodate your request.
